Please note:
• All the Summer Nights concerts take place outdoors. Customers are advised to wear appropriate clothing and footwear and protection against potential inclement weather.
• All Summer Nights concerts taking place at Warwick Castle take place fully seated i.e. customers are sold a reserved ticket.
• For seated concerts, please note that latecomers may not be seated until a suitable break in the performance and may not be allocated the seat purchased.
• This event is not suitable for children under the age of five years of age. Adult to accompany all children under the 16.
• Other than the provisions advertised or outlined by the box office at the time of sale, customers are required to address any special needs by contacting the box office in advance of their visit, as the concert promoter may not be able to provide those needs without notice.
• Ticket holders are required to carefully check their tickets and the conditions of use in advance of their visit; mistakes may not be rectified on the day.
• The event promoter reserves the right to refuse entry of the ticket holder to the event site and to eject the ticket holder at its discretion.
• It is a licensing condition that every person entering the event site must have a valid ticket.
• Admission is at the ticket holder’s own risk.
• No unauthorised re-admission.
• The management reserves the right to make any change whatsoever to the act programme owing to any unforeseen or unavoidable cause.
• The right to a refund on postponements or cancellation of the event is at the event promoter’s absolute discretion. Any refunds permitted may only be obtained from the point of purchase. The promoter is not responsible for any other costs incurred other than the face value of the ticket.
• No professional cameras, video recorders or any form of audio-visual recording equipment allowed in the event site.
• The ticket holder consents to the filming and sound recording of members of the audience.
• Lost tickets will not be replaced. Keep your ticket safe and retain it at all times during the event.
• If the ticket is resold or transferred for commercial gain by any one other than the event promoter or their authorised sub-agent, it will become voidable and the holder may be refused entry or ejected from the event site.
• In the unlikely event that customers are found to be causing damage to the site, the site infrastructure, causing harm to any other person on site or in breach of these conditions the customer will regrettably be asked to leave the concert site.
• Customers are not permitted to create cordoned off areas anywhere on site.
• To prevent the obstruction of the stage for other members of the audience, umbrellas may not be erected during the performance.
• In the best interests of security for those attending the Summer Nights concerts please note that personal searches may be carried out on entry.
• Fire regulations permit only wick burning candles. Garden fires, barbeques, gas and paraffin lamps will not be permitted.
• With the exception of dogs assisting the visually impaired, no animals are permitted onto the site.
• No radio’s, cassette recorders or CD players will be allowed onto the concert site.
• For seated concerts, if the customer has to be re-seated for any reason then the customer is only entitled to a seat of corresponding value.
• For seated (as opposed to picnic style) concerts customers must remain seated during the concert.
• All Summer Nights concerts taking place at Warwick Castle take place fully seated i.e. customers are sold a reserved ticket.

• PLEASE NOTE THAT LATECOMERS WILL NOT BE SEATED UNTIL A SUITABLE BREAK IN THE PERFORMANCE AND MAY NOT BE SAT IN THE SEAT PURCHASED
• Umbrellas may not be opened during the performance.
• Please ensure you have read the Concert Information before you purchase your tickets.
• Please note that additional concert information may be added to these pages between now and the concert date so please check back from time to time.
• Please ensure you have read and clearly understand the terms and conditions printed on the ticket before you arrive to the concert.
• Customers must remain seated throughout the performance.
• This event is not suitable for young children
• Please note that unauthorised audio and visual recording of the concert is strictly prohibited.
• Items regarded as being potentially dangerous are not permitted. Personal searches may be carried out on entry and items of this nature will be removed.
• Animals are not permitted with the exception of assistance dogs.

Warwick Castle is situated at the heart of the country's motorway network with easy access from London by road, rail and air. Shakespeare's Stratford is only 8 miles away, and Birmingham is only 26 miles. The Castle is well signposted, and less than two miles from junction 15 of the M40. Please note that long term roadworks on junction 15 of the M40 are taking place - please allow extra time for your journey.

ROUTES INTO WARWICK
- Do not use Junction 15 on the M40
- Use Junction 14, M40 travelling south in to Warwick
- Use Junction 12, M40 travelling north in to Warwick
- Follow Event signage to the Car Parks
Please note – DO NOT drop off or arrange to pick up immediately by a Castle entrance, as the Police will restrict access to these areas.
PLEASE arrange to DROP OFF and PICK UP in the Town Centre.
TIMES AND ACCESS
Whilst the concert organisers will make every effort to ensure customers are admitted to and from the grounds as quickly as possible, please be prepared for it to take some time.
- Gates / Access to refreshment areas & toilets from 6.00pm
- Performances begin at: 7.30pm

- There is no car parking at Warwick Castle – please use town centre car parks
- Town Centre – £3.50
- Warwick School – £5.00
- Myton School – £5.00
Please note the School car parks will be closed at 11.30pm, any cars remaining will be locked in overnight, to be collected the following morning
- DISABLED PARKING – for those pre-booked on the Wheelchair Seating area – car park passes will be issued for on site parking
- Additional Blue Badge holders please park in the Town centre car parks – free of charge
